Layered Lens, founded in early 2024, is the latest chapter in my filmmaking journey. After freelancing for over 14 years and building a deep well of experience, I decided to establish an LLC to expand my reach and take on new, projects. You might see an “eevisual” logo on some of my previous work, but Layered Lens now marks a fresh start.

Coming from a music video background, I’ve had the privilege of directing, filming, editing and producing for Grammy Award winners, major brands, and top industry talents, including Wyclef Jean, Sky Katz, and ESPN. With Wyclef, I created visuals that premiered on platforms like BET, MTV Push Live, and his personal social channels. Recently, Layered Lens was hired to work on a film for Disney and Netflix star Sky Katz, taking her vision from pre-production through to post-production. I've had the privilege of collaborating with brands like Bacardi, producing media for their holiday campaigns, and filming interviews with icons like hip-hop pioneer Kool Herc and boxing legend Vinny Paz.

My approach to projects is versatile. Whether it’s run-and-gun filming, capturing high-quality content with limited pre-planning, or using shot lists and treatments for more intricate shoots, I can adapt to deliver. My journey through almost every production role—director, producer, cinematographer, sound mixer, editor, colorist, and more—helps me anticipate and solve the inevitable challenges of production.
